The Inn House- Sha Extra Plus offers an excellent location, just a 5-minute stroll to beach road and a leisurely 12-minute walk to Walking Street. I stayed in a Superior Double room, comfortable and clean, with good WiFi connectivity that facilitated my work. The on-site restaurant, The Kings Table, provided quality meals, including an enjoyable Duck Fillet special and an all-you-can-eat BBQ Buffet, made dining convenient.
The air conditioning took some time to cool the room effectively.

Free parking on site provided. Extra care from the very good and unobtrusive staff. Great location a 10-15 minute walk from Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya.

Room with a view to cherish
I enjoyed a spacious seaview double room with a amazing balcony that turned every sunset into a personal gala. The staff were friendly and accommodating, dedicated to making my stay enjoyable.
The absence of a water kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, as it required trips to the reception for a simple cup of tea. While the overall cleanliness improved, initial impressions of the normal room left much to be desired.

A huge variety of fine food at breakfast time. Very good staff and altogether an awesome experience. Marvellous and fab location in center of Pattaya, good for visiting Pattaya. Also - very close to numerous restaurant's and street food and the beach, shopping and local bars and the shopping malls.

The location near shops, bars, and the beach is fantastic. My Seaview Double Room offered a lovely balcony with great views. Daily cleaning was excellent, and air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet street that allowed for a good night's sleep. The room did have a connecting door to the next room, a bit concerning when I heard my neighbors. WiFi varied in reliability, sometimes being slow during peak hours. The absence of breakfast on-site was disappointing, but there were many dining options nearby. It was an enjoyable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
